Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using modelz.lol ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

modelz.lol provides a unified API gateway that allows you to access multiple AI models (including but not limited to Claude, GPT, Grok, Kimi, and others) through a single endpoint. The Service is provided on a pay-as-you-go or subscription basis.

  • AI model API access and routing
  • Usage tracking and billing dashboard
  • API key management
  • Crypto deposit and balance management

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials
  • Accept full liability for any requests made using your API keys

4. Liability for Requests

You are solely responsible for all requests made through the Service using your account or API keys. By sending a request through modelz.lol, you accept full liability for the content, intent, and consequences of that request. modelz.lol is not responsible for the output generated by any AI model accessed through the Service.

5. Service Availability & Downtime

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You acknowledge that:

  • Downtime may occur at any time without prior notice, and you are solely liable for any losses incurred as a result of downtime.
  • We do not guarantee instant resolution of downtime or service disruptions. Response times depend on the nature and severity of the issue.
  • If the Service experiences downtime exceeding 5 consecutive days, you may be eligible for compensation at our sole discretion. Compensation is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on any plan, deposit, or transaction. This includes but is not limited to pay-as-you-go balance top-ups, daily unlimited plans, and monthly unlimited plans. By purchasing a plan or depositing funds, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, modelz.lol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
